For over 13 years I have specialized in the implementation of comprehensive estate plans including the planning and drafting of family trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advanced health care directives, marital property declarations, guardianship nominations, conservator nominations as well as funding of trusts. Throughout the entire process, I always work diligently and collaboratively with clients to ensure we craft a solution that meets their individual needs. I oftentimes work with my clients at their homes or other more convenient locations – so the process is as comfortable for my clients as possible.
Before I developed a specialty in estate planning I was interested in the subject long before law school. I graduated from UC Irvine in 1992 with a B.A. in English and went on to become a Paralegal in Estate Planning. Encouraged by the attorney I worked for at that time — I then attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and graduated in 1999.
I am licensed to practice in all California state and Federal Courts, and am an active member of the Orange County Bar Association. I am also active in my church and with my son’s school and boy scout troop. Family and relationships are very important to me. I truly enjoy helping people find the peace they desire in planning their family’s future. It is a joy for me to work with others to accomplish something as important as providing for their family and knowing that their wishes will be carried out even if they are not able to do so themselves.
